Friends With Carings Hands (FWCH) is a home care agency, founded in 2013. We are solely driven by the passion to help others. We want our clients to remain independent in their homes. With the help of caring, reliable and professional caregivers, we make this possible.

Our services provide a sense of relief for those who need help caring for themselves. We want to help our clients understand their medical conditions and the medications they consume. We want them to utilize the free, low cost products and services available for their specific needs.

FWCH is not like most home care agencies, in that we provide more than home services. Our staff will individually interview clients, first, to establish the most suitable fit for the family.

Research shows that a great number of our aging persons live in poverty, do not have enough to eat, struggle with the upkeep of their homes and taking care of themselves because they simply don’t have the help or know how to get it. The children of our potential clients carry the burden of taking care of their aging parents while trying to care from their own children and families, which is the sole desire of Friends with Caring Hands; to fill the void, and be of service.

April Chism-Lytle founded this agency in 2013 with a clear mission of serving others. With over 15 years in the home-health field as a passionate LPN, she is dedicated to filling gaps in healthcare within her community, through effective care, education, and connecting families to available resources. Additionally, she understands and possesses the genuine compassion necessary to provide quality-care.

1st as an CNA, later becoming a Nurse, April knows first-hand the value of both an informed client and family; comprehending medications and its purposes, disease diagnoses and processes, and everyday quality-living tips, to ensure a high standard of life and peace of mind of both clients and their loved ones.
